Booking Conditions

Check in is between 3pm and 10pm – unless otherwise agreed.
All prices include non allergenic bedding, high quality white linen and towels, all fuel – gas electric and wood is included and a basket of basic goodies is provided for your arrival including teas – black tea and herbal teas, sugar and milk together with seasonal local produce.
Check out is 10am – unless otherwise agreed.
We require a deposit equivalent to 25% of total cost to secure the booking.
The final balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the holiday and should include a refundable deposit of £100.
On receipt of the final balance full directions and access arrangements will be provided.
The cost of the holiday will not be refunded where a cancellation is made within the final 4 weeks, but if the roundhouse can be re-let we will refund the monies less an administration charge of 5% based on letting cost plus the refundable security deposit.
Where cancellations are made before the final balance is paid we will be happy to refund the deposit.
We can accept cheque or BACS details if you prefer this method.
